Don't, Prompto says, but that only makes Ardyn more inclined to cause a scene. He can't though. He can't. If he has any sense, he'll do his best to make a half-way decent impression on their captors in hopes of gaining a foothold among them. He doubts causing a young, nervous boy to have a full meltdown at their gathering would endear him to them.

"Oh, I'm always fine with a good fight," he mentions, casually. "This isn't the place for it though, I agree." As nice a decoration blood would make as the flowers littering the place, well- Maybe another time.

As just a small warning though, he does snap his free hand out to close that distance growing between them and pinch Prompto's cheek. Not hard, but certainly not gently either. "I'll play nice if you do, hm? Be on our best behavior." It's condescending and he knows it but will draw away (or have his hand swatted away easily) with a small laugh.
