"Security," Ardyn echoes, stepping in to close that meager distance between them. Any smart leaders would have security, he imagines, but this man(?) doesn't seem to be aligned with the Fae. He is familiar though in a sense that Ardyn can't quite place. The formal way he speaks, the mention of percentages, and- Oh. That's it, isn't it?
