I keep pondering what a king from a line that wears a ring with their ancestors' spirits in it and kinda quasi-worships death or at least loves their skulls would think of the dead-people tea. The things RP MAKES ME PONDER, Akai!!

at least the dead people tea isn't like, literal corpses brewed 8D; I feel like they could have interesting convos about death in general though.

Oh definitely, especially as Regis gets closer to his own death (or learns about it as happened in Hugs). The calmness that generally is always a part of Cad would be so grounding in a very positive way.

Boy, just imagine them having a conversation once Regis learns about Noctis' fate. Now that would be amazingly interesting!

lmao... could be very interesting depending on Cad's canonpoint. if he's deep enough into the Aeor storyline, he was on the side of being very prepared (and expecting) to die to save the world himself.
