• Contrary to every other version of TMNT, Leo here in ROTTMNT is the jokester character. Its a farce to cover his insecurities, but my god, this stupid twink has thirty jokes and puns under his hat at all times. He will make your life cringe.


• Loves Sci-fi and martial arts movies so much. He has every Lou Jitsu movie memorized. He will tell you the deep cringe lore about all of the Jupiter Jim movies.


• Actually a master manipulator under all the farce and jingling of his jester bells. He can read people extremely well. He will pick up on their strengths and weaknesses, learn to work around that to make them better people. Leo will build plans upon plans around people he knows and pull the strings to get them into just the right place to make a plan work. He's a strategist at heart and doesn't want anyone to realize it.

For actual plans, honestly just unleash him on an unsuspecting populace and watch everyone die from cringe. Leo is essentially the jokester, the loud mouth pain in the ass in ROTTMNT. He is desperately trying to get away from leading and will make that a you problem. I'd like him to be forced to take responsibility for his own actions and grow as a person, or y'know get worse.
