desireandhope: (Soft smile)

[Again Yusuke finds himself enraptured. With the mask removal he understands now why she wasn't speaking. She might not have the ability to do so at all. He'll have to figure out something around that- text messages maybe?

The scars must be painful but her face is so unique and already Yusuke is imagining the different ingredients he would need to mix together to get the exact right color. Perhaps the leftover scales from the dragon that he is still working through will be the base silver of her hair, paired with some of the other illusory pigments to simulate the shadows made by the old burns. He isn't one to usually go for texture in his paintings but it would be interesting to try and get the correct layers for them even if the paint would take forever to dry.

Anyone looking on would probably chastise Yusuke for staring so long but the longer Alicia laughs the more joy he feels in kind. Though he isn't quite sure what she is laughing about a smile tugs at his face that then progresses to chuckling when she catches his eye. His heart beats fast in his chest. Probably exertion and the excitement of a new artistic vision.

There have been a few parties since he was kidnapped here and they have all had their harrowing moments and tension and worries. But no matter how long he may be trapped here and what terrible things he will endure in the future, this moment will live in a special place in his heart.]

I can see why you haven't been speaking. Is there another way you like to communicate?

[He is pretty sure he has some paper somewhere on his person and definitely a few pencils if texts don't work.]
