His response gives her pause and she looks him over a bit. Is there something that would cause him to not be okay later on? Or is he saying that as a snarky response because he's assuming he's going to be hurt later? She's just checking either way.

As for the question, she glances around at the path in front of her. "I'd say we keep moving. Hopefully we'll keep ahead of it and then we can get out of here before too long." And hopefully none of the illusions will creep up and distract them from getting away from the creature that attacked them. "Let's go." And that's all she has before she starts walking forward.
